Navigation menu and header not appearing to users randomly

Hello,

we are using Pega Platform 8.5.5 and since we upgraded from 8.5.4 sometimes users log in and do not see the header bar and the navigation side menu, so they cannot create new work items or work with the application.

The issue seems to be random and they tried with different browsers (Chrome and Edge).

Is there any known issue that can generate the harness not to load correctly an "Header Left" screen layout?
