Multiple Checkbox Validation with multiple properties in it.
Hi,
I have 8 checkboxes with 8 different properties called into it, I have to put validation for the checkboxes with only one Error message for all that: atleast select anyone checkbox from the list.
I have used OR and AND conditions to achieve this, but no luck.
Please someone help.

Hello,
You can set page messages when none of them are checked.
If this condition returns false, set message
value(.CheckBox1) == "true" || value(.CheckBox2) == "true"||value(.CheckBox3) == "true"

I had this same scenario. I used
function in validation rule--> [expression evaluates to true]
and,
the expression.--> (.CheckBox1)==false&&(.CheckBox2)==false&&(.CheckBox3)==false
The message will be displayed when the user fails to check at least one checkbox.

In your case how did you map/to which property did you map the validation rule for validating selection of check boxes?

Hi Chakravarthi,
I have a used a separate property to display error message, if none of the checkboxes are selected (or when the validation condition becomes true).
