Hi , we have mashup with parameters which will be used by call center agents . My question is the thread created by data-pega-threadname ='XXX', which is part of mashup, Can have same thread name for multiple requests from call center agents with different parameters.

Do we have any issue while processing multiple requests?

Or do we need to make it multi-thread? If so, please guide us how to make it multi-threaded?
