Multi Select control is not working on Pop-Up window - Pega v 7.3.1
Detailed Description
2) Configure a page list property in general tab.
3) Select Modal dialogue in operations tab and provide flow action details.
4) Open the section referred in flow action and configure a Multi select list control.
5) Create page list property
6) Drag & Drop in that section
7) Select control as "MultiSelectList"
8) Give the source as a Data Page for smart prompt.

Hi, Since "multi select list" control will not support non template grids (modal dialog which runs on a repeat grid with data source as page list property) so we went for alternate approach.
1) Drag and drop following fields onto the modal dialog section, one text field (read-only always) besides that add an icon (which looks like a drop down arrow).
2) Add an on click event to the icon, local action with target "overlay"
3) configure the flow action section with a repeat grid, it will have a check box and description. (Ex: At run time this page list will have list of countries)
4) so on click of icon, the overlay window will be displayed with list of options along check box to select multiple values.
5) Write a logic on "click" of check box to append selected values as comma seperated to a property.
6) Use the above mentioned property to display in the text field (point#1).

Hi Team,
Will there be any further update or hot fix provided to make Multi select control to work on Non-Template Mode ?
We have a requirement where we need to have multi select control in most of the Grids in our application.
But fix provided in SR-54548 https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/multi-select-list-control-does-not-work-pop-windows
This fix makes the Grid to look different and the pagination format is different from what we use in our application. Also header and footer are getting disabled.
Hence I cannot use this approach mentioned in the SR.
Can you please let me know is there any other approach to use multi select control in Non-Template Mode ?
