MS WORD 2016 - COM Class factory error

Hi, I am getting an error while setting up template path for MS Word connector; I have MS Office 365 thus using Office 2016 dll. I have re-installed the plugin 8.0.2006 and selected the Office 2016 option during installation.

Error:

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
