Moving to portal automatically

Hello.

I'd like to know how to set the case life cycle to be moved to portal page automatically when a step ends. I tried to set 'Run activity' of Post-processing section in Flow Action Page , but I could'nt solve. I would appreciate it if you could answer this question.
