Moving existing Actions to a new Issue/group

We would like to move some existing actions from an old issue/group to a new issue/group, maintaining the same pyName without duplicating actions. We have been trying some approaches to do so but it´s not working. Also we were searching in the documentation and we haven´t found anything. Is there any way to do so?
