Monitoring Web Page Load Times

Hi, I have a requirement to log and monitor web page statistics in a Pega Mashup to include from click to page fully rendered. I know there is the PEGA0069 alert which will show when it breaches a particular threshold but want to be able to log every single Page Load regardless of threshold. Is there any Logger which exists which will provide this capability? Will Need to be able to tie it to a particular session. Aim is to send the logs externally to be able to build relevant dashboards.
