Some of our Security Engineering stakeholders have raised questions and concerns about the supporting infrastructure Pega is using for AWS in regard to monitoring and alerting systems. Specifically, if the support AWS IaaS experiences issues related to the resources supporting an organization, 3 questions:

1. What monitoring systems/utilities are used supporting Pega infrastructure? (DataDog, CloudWatch, etc?)
2. How are Pega infrastructure issues/events relayed to an affected organization(s)?
3. Can alerting of events be communicated to an organization also leveraging an AWS platform? (e.g, Forwarding Pega platform infrastructure logs from CloudTrail to an organizations logging endpoint/AWS service(s) like SNS?)
