Modifying OOTB customer service app search functionality

Hi ,

I am trying to add date property pxCreateDateTime in OOTB CS application advanced  search functionality.

I have followed all the steps but resutls are not retruning .

I am using OOTB "WORKTYPE" as data source and only trying to add a filter of datetime value. Please let me know if there's any OOTB rules which we need to modify in CS framrework to make it work.
