Field crew need to visit the site location to perform a work order. Supervisor need to check the current location of the field crew in the Google map and need to track the Field crew proceedings (similar to Uber cab tracking).
Please clarify the following queries:
Pega Field service framework support to track the functionalities to my knowledge. But what are prerequisites that need to be considered for tracking the field crew?
What are licences that need to procure for the Google map connection?
What are the database & Mobile configuration that need to completed to achieve the functionalities or as part of the setup?
Could you please share the reference which elaborates the functionalities using the sample process in the PDN?
