Misc File not added to package folder..

Openspan Studio 8.0 :

Added a .txt file to the project , in the file properties DeploymentAction is set to "Deploy" .

Can see the file in Additional Files tab in Project Deployment Dialog & all in .Manifest

<File value="TextFile1.txt" digest="691FE31DF8224656C5430056C6791A" />
</MiscFiles>

however the file is not added to:
. bin\Debug on Build
. Package folder on Deployment.

Kindly advice..
