MIP labelling for generated document containing PII data
Hi,
In my application there are functionalities where user can export excel documents containing client PII data in bulk. Also excel attachments containing PII data generated by system and sent to users.
Is there a way to implement MIP (Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP) labeling) in these generated files to protect PII?
More on MIP - MIP enables users to transparently encrypt documents without requiring password protection, increases the efficacy of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls on labeled documents, and provides the ability to configure granular rights management.
Please suggest.

To restrict access to PII data in Pega Platform, you can use an access control policy. Follow these steps:
1 Create a Dynamic System Setting to enable Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) if you're using Pega Platform earlier than 8.2.
2 Create an Access Control Policy Condition rule in Dev Studio.
3 Configure the Pages & Classes tab and the Definition tab of the Access Control Policy Condition rule.
4 Save the Access Control Policy Condition rule
5 Create an Access Control Policy rule in Dev Studio.
6 Configure the Definition tab of the Access Control Policy rule, linking it to the Access Control Policy Condition rule created earlier.
7 Save the Access Control Policy rule.
These steps help you restrict access to PII data, increasing security and protecting against unauthorized exposure of sensitive information.
