Meeting Scheduling product
We are looking for a meeting organizer capability on PeGA for summits and conferences where potential clients and service providers meet up.
And this tool can be used by both clients and providers to request a meeting in the summit with each other.
Each role can have multiple requests outgoing and incoming. Priority should be customizable.
Providers should be able to put up the product details on their profiles.
And clients should be able to mention their high level needs.
And then time slot allocations, acceptance, declines etc should be available.
The profiles can be a company profile with multiple representatives being able to send out meeting requests. It it can as well be individual profiles as well.
