Medical Plan Plan Name not shown

Hello,

I´m currently working in the Pega Academy Course (SAE). In the exercise was mentioned, that I should create a Medical Plan field, in which the Plan Name should be based.

While Running the Life Cycle the Plan List dropdown list is not shown. How do I solve this problem?

I remebered that I´ve found the solution here, the first time I´ve done the course.
