Max Attachment size in Pega Mobile Offline (8.5.5)

Attachment gadget not allowing users to attach more than 3MB size attachment in Pega Offline mobile app. Attachment gadget is using the "Attach Control" and we noticed the OOTB DSS (uiengine/mobile/maxattachmentsize) is also set to 100MB for mobile and still not able to attach more than 3 MB in mobile

Anyone noticed similar issue.
