Where do I "map" the Rule-Category and Rule-Shortcut to Shared Ruleset?

Assuming I have a Shared Ruleset configured, where is the field to map to the Shared Ruleset?

Which tab in the Definition do I map it? Or is there somewhere else I do the mapping?
