Mails to [email protected] bounce with error
Every message i send to [email protected] seems to bouce with the following error. Am i the only one experiencing this? I've tried contacting Pega, but somehow this issue remains:
This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address : -- [email protected] could not be delivered. The problem appears to be : -- Recipient email server rejected the message Additional information follows : -- 5.4.14 Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop ATTR34 [BN1NAM02FT057.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com] This condition occurred after 1 attempt(s) to deliver over a period of 0 hour(s). If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise they have been sent.

@MarijeSchillern I've raised a few tickets on the partner portal. Whenever i get a response i'd like to reply so my response is included in the ticket thread, just like mentioned in the email: "You can post a response directly to this message by replying to this email". This is the result when doing so.

Were you successful in reaching out via the form above? I also found this Partner Support page that may be helpful.
It looks like the email you reference is not a valid email address. Where did you find that?

@MarissaRogers Yes, i've been brought in contact with the person responsible for the partner program.
The emailaddress is the "From" address that Pega uses when notifying me by email after a ticket has been updated. Sounds to me like a configuration issue somewhere.
