Mails to [email protected] bounce with error
Every message i send to [email protected] seems to bouce with the following error. Am i the only one experiencing this? I've tried contacting Pega, but somehow this issue remains:

@MarijeSchillern I've raised a few tickets on the partner portal. Whenever i get a response i'd like to reply so my response is included in the ticket thread, just like mentioned in the email: "You can post a response directly to this message by replying to this email". This is the result when doing so.

I also found this Partner Support page that may be helpful.
It looks like the email you reference is not a valid email address. Where did you find that?

@MarissaRogers Yes, i've been brought in contact with the person responsible for the partner program.
The emailaddress is the "From" address that Pega uses when notifying me by email after a ticket has been updated. Sounds to me like a configuration issue somewhere.
