You can Define the StepPage like D_ConsolidateWorkBasket[WorkBasketID:param.Workbasket].pxResults.
Pass the parameter and get the values dynamically.
You can refer the OOTB Delete attachment functionality

The bellow error is getting while using the above syntax .
Pages must be defined on the Pages and Classes tab.
