Looking for instance Rule-Message @BASECLASS!TRYING TO EVALUATE RULE-ACCESS-WHEN CONDITIONS WHEN THERE IS NO PAGE TO EVALUATE THEM AGAINST in the Rule Resolution cache
We have a requirement to Restrict Tracer and Clipboard to offshore users.
In existing Access Group, we have added a new Role and have ARO at @baseclass and Privilege with Access when condition that only onshore users should have access
For Offshore users Tracer and Clipboard is disabled and for onshore it is enabled.
But when we try to click of Tracer and clipboard, getting error
On remote trace, we see "Looking for instance Rule-Message @BASECLASS!TRYING TO EVALUATE RULE-ACCESS-WHEN CONDITIONS L:RESTRICTOFFSHORE WHEN THERE IS NO PAGE TO EVALUATE THEM AGAINST in the Rule Resolution cache "
When we check in PDC we see exception - "Trying to evaluate Rule-Access-When conditions L:RESTRICTOFFSHORE when there is no page to evaluate them against"
Has anyone faced similar Issue. Please suggest

@Anushree The issue occurs because the Access-When rule L:RESTRICTOFFSHORE is being evaluated without a proper context or page, leading to the error. To resolve this, ensure that the Access-When rule has a valid page context during execution. Verify that the Access-When condition references properties from a specific page (e.g., Primary, pxRequestor) that is available when the rule is invoked. Additionally, confirm that the required page is loaded in memory before attempting to evaluate the condition. If the page is missing or not properly initialized, you can use a Data Page or a Pre-Activity to load the required data before accessing Tracer or Clipboard. Test the configuration thoroughly to ensure the Access-When logic works as expected for both onshore and offshore users without throwing errors.
