Login pega call without extension when connecting to Avaya integration?
we have one client engagement, Where we are establishing the Pega Call CTI with Avaya. I have few questions on the same.
1. Is it possible to login to pega call without extension entered in login screen.
2. Due t operational issues, Client is resisting to enter the extension number manually while login? do pega have any service to capture the extension from Avaya Events ?
3 Any implementation done with similar fashion ? if yes, What was the approach that followed in that scenarios?
