Logging User Activities while Report is executed

Is there a way to log user messages or activities while report is executed or running?

Hi Arun,

A report is invoked from shortcut of public categories  on user interface. Want to log audit message report is accessed and results are viewed by user at current time stamp. Is there any way to establish it?
