Logged in Agents queue count is increasing for single Logged in
Hi, We are facing the issue in Pega chat queue screen. If one agent logged in to the chat server, in the dashboard the count of logged in agents is >1. Sometimes the count is 50+, if you refreshed the session the count is increasing. Though agent logged out from the pega chat and logged in the count is >1. Could you please help on the issue how to fix it. Thanks Siva.
