log in issues

i created a new operator id while doing sae 7.3-7.4 .when i tried to log in using the new iid i got an error after that i was unable to access the cloud instance

There are a number of things to do when creating a new operator such as defining access groups, security, default portal, etc.

Creating operator IDs are outside the scope of SAE training. However, the Help files should provide enough information if you want to try and resolve this.
