Log class to capture request of JMS message

We are getting parse exception in production for a JMS message. Need to see the exact content of JMS message. Can someone help with exact logger class name. Also pointers to any other tools which can be used for such debugging.

As we are in production wanted something without introducing custom code - both the articles talks about solution which needs code changes. Do we  have any OOTB logger. Want to avoid redeployment as the issue is happening only in prod.
