Localization of Cancel Tag/button in Mobile pop up

We have a mobile localization to be acheived. For this we are making the changes in mobile branding (8.6.1). In the file "String.xml", we are unable to find the tag for Cancel button. Also,

1. Can you let us know how to find a missing tag if we need localization for it.

2. How to localize for a dynamic values (For Eg: You have exeeded 3 times limit) with 3 being variable.
