We are creating BIX extracts for a customer service application which is localized for Spanish locale. 

Is there a way the data can be localized before or while extract rule runs to extract data?

There are certain properties like dropdowns which have English values and are shown in Spanish depending on user locale. The data in the target DW tables is expected to be in Spanish.

Please advise.
