Load Runner - decrypt url

We are seeing this value in the response in browser – PyActivitypzZZZ after which the URL is encrypted and our script on load runner is stuck after that. (400 Bad Request)

Based on the above article, we tried DSS settings and changing in prconfig.xml. But the urls are still encrypted. Please advise.
