ListView Inclusion in Product For Data Instances
When we include ListView with Certain Criteria in Product to extract Data Instances - it is Working in Pega 6 but the same is not working Pega 7.
I have verified running the List View and I'm getting the results.
Do we have any solution for this Pega 7. or any Hot fix or SR raised by any one? If so please provide the information regarding this problem.

Hi Aditya,
Please upgrade your Pega version to 7.1.8, as it is fixed in the next versions.

Hi Aditya,
Can you pls give us the exact Rule- instance details used in RAP? If possible, RAP screenshots from both V6 and V7.
Thanks,
Ravi Kumar.

Hi Ravi,
Here the Instance is of type RULE-OBJ-CLASS and we have created the List View in RULE-OBJ-CLASS and has given Criteria to get required Class Instances as shown below
Pega 7
Pega 6
It is Working Pega 6 i.e., when we take RAP we are getting Instances. In Pega 7 (7.1.6) the same is not working .

Hi Aditya,
Found the Root cause of this issue.
You need to add .pyRuleSet under GetTheseFields in the ListView you are using to Extract your Classes.
Thanks.

But still we are not getting the instances in the Product File in preview it is showing as Class Instances but there is no pzInskeys and even the Zip Created there are no instances

You need to add both pzInskey, pyruleset in get these fields .. and use the default . GetContent Activity.
You should be able to extract the class instances.
Share the product rule and the list view rule, If you can..

The reults you are retunring through List view might be greater than 500.
henc you dont see them on the product.
Remove the max reults from list view then you should be able to see the pzinskey in product rule.
Remove the pagination and enter the max reults.
Also include Sorting for the class name.

Hi Team, Could someone had solution for this ? if so please suggest
I think you should raise an SR at this point and get GCS to provide you with a local change or a Hfix.
Hi Aditya,
Please let us know the SR number here, if you end up opening an SR with Pega GCS, so that we may track that through this post!

Prudhvi,
Please identify the PMFe work (BUG# or FDBK#) for the Pega 7.1.8 fix.
Tracing your SR-A24875 and related SA-23879, I cannot find the bug fix or the enhancement.
And I do not find the Resolved Issue in the Release Notes for a broad "ListView" query:
A customer has posted that the fix is NOT in Pega 7.1.8:

Can you reply to this SA Comment?
Thanks,
