List Picker not working for Facebook Unified Messaging
Hi,
We have use the menu option for handling one of the scenarios for Unified Messaging for Facebook and twitter.
We have done the below configuration in the channel for facebook and twitter-
1) In the behavior tab, on No Match System Response, we have configured Menu option.
Even tried achieving menu options using Data Transform, then too its working for twitter but not for facebook.
On facebook, according to the below screenshot, if we click on 'Yes' , its taking the command as "Yes" but nothing is happening after that but if again we type 'Yes' then its escalating to agent.
What could be the issue for this. Please guide.
