Link control event not getting fired inside repeating grid in chrome

Hi,

I have used a pxlink control in one of the repeating grid columns and the event in the pxlink control is not getting fired in google chrome.( i have used a double click event)

So what can be the resolution for this issue?

Hi Prasanna,

It is working fine for me. Can you please check pyDashboardMyWorkList section and change the event type to Double click and test at your end. 

For testing, launch Case Manager 7 and click on Worklist. Then double click of work object id will open the work object.

Hi Prasanna,

What event has been configured on the double-click of the link? Also, could you specify the Pega version being used.

I tried to display a smart-info on the double-click of a pxLink control (within a grid layout) and was able to see the event getting fired.

Hi, I have attached the screenshot of the repeat grid where the link control is configured. I am using Pega 7.1.7 and also these events are getting fired properly in IE11 but not in google chrome. Regards, Prasanna Pradhan

Hi Prasanna,

I tried implementing a similar use case with the same events configured and was able to see it working as expected in chrome.

Could you let us know the source of the repeat grid?
