Limit the deployment to defined users

Hi there:

We need to find out a way to limit who can deploy applications in our production enviroment.

Is there a way to define a group or users to not having the permission to make a deploy?

For example, can we define a group that do not have access to the landing page of import wizard?

How can we limit access to landing pages according with needs?

In looking at my 7.3 system, I see the Application > Distribution landing page visibility is controlled by the zipMoveImport privilege.

The Pega-Landing.pxMainMenu navigation rule is used for the Designer Studio menu options.
The Pega-Landing.pzApplicationMainMenu navigation rule is used for the Application category. In this rule you can see the visibility condition for the Application > Distribution landing page.
