Thanks Arvind, but that field will show the last time any value is updated (for example a skill or access group). I need to specifically find when the password was changed last.
The history tab will have the time of the latest modification to the operator record, however that modification may not be a password change. The time of the last password change is recorded as part of the password history. The password history is not available to developers to view or modify. The password history object in question, along with the last password change time, is used to enforce the maximum password age set on the security policy landing page if you have enabled the security policies.
Thanks for the information Matthew - you mention that the information is there and used to enforce the maximum password age; you also indicate that it not available for developers to view or modify; is there anyway to capture it at an operator level? For example, is there the ability to write an activity to obtain the last time a password was changed and send it to a log file? We are being asked to provide information to our Risk department on the last time a couple of operators changed their password and I'm trying to figure out how to obtain that info.

Hi Mark Huseboe
