keyboard short cuts for the tabs

Hi,

I have a requirement to apply keyboard short cuts to tabs in one of the user portal.

For Example: Portal containing 3 tabs like Home, My Group, Reports. Assume that if user is in 3 tab i.e in reports tab, if user wants to toggle to Home tab, User is willing to apply keyboard short cuts to toggle to Home tab instead of click on the tab specifically. can any one please suggest any OOTB or Custom code to apply keyboard short cuts for the tabs.
