Kafka Topic messages are processed/read again when the server or data flow restarts in PEGA infinity 23

HI,

Recently we upgraded to PEGA Infinity 23

After the upgrade the consumed messages from the Kafka Topics are consumed again when the server is restarted or when the data flow real0time processing is restarted.

The read option in the data flow is set to "Only read new records"

Also, we want to know where the consumer group is configured and where to find the offset Id.
