Is it possible to get the logs of API which are consumed in Pega Application

We have more number of APIs consumed in our application. do we have any logs, which shows time consumed by the API to give response.

One work around for this is to use Pega alerts.
Pega0011 alert is generated whenever the service exceeds the threshold time of 1000 milliseconds.
You can set this to 1millisecond forcing this alert to trigger everytime API is being used and the alert will show how much time it took in total.

From admin studio you will be able to get some high level information about all service related transaction information by using service package name.
Admin Studio -> Overview -> Requestor Pools.
From requestor pool view you will be able to get time-out, longest-wait request .. those information.
If needed you can add the class in system logger level, to explicitly capture the service-rest related transaction information in log. Some of the mail logger level class are
