Is it possible to filter delegated rules for business users?

Hi all,

I need to customize the view of the delegated rules. Particulary I need to add filters like "Name" or "Type" (Paragraph, Data Table, etc). Is it possible?

Can I add more "Manage Change" slot, eachone with a specific title and put them in more tabs?
