Is it possible to change from step 4 back to step 2 in same stage ?

Change stage will use full to change the stages to forward and backward but

1. How to change from step 4 back to step 2 in same stage ?

2. How to change from step 4 in stage 2 to step 3 in stage 4.

Yes ticket is the one option to implement this requirement but I heard about GotoPreviousTask OOTB Activity aswell but how this works and where we can configure
