Issue while configuring Access Control Policy (ABAC)

Hi All,

I am trying to use access control policy , while opening a case/assignment . I created one access control policy and a access control condition and enabled the dss related to ABAC . The issue which I am having is irrespective of my ABAC condition returning true or false I am getting an authorization error related to ABAC and the assignment doesn't open .

I am attaching a word document with the configuration I did for enabling ABAC . Could somebody help me in resolving the issue .

Hi Nikhil,

You should check in the Access Control Policies before verifying them. Policies in personal RuleSet (checked out) will not be applied.
