Issue in View
Hi, I am working on a hands-on exercise creating case life cycle, Stages, Processes, steps. After configuring a change,pyCaseActionArea is not displaying the controls added to the view. I am only able to see the step name. The controls (dropdown, textbox configured in the view are not displayed. How can I fix this? Any help?

Hello Hema,
This sounds strange. Have you added the controls in the configure view pop-up for the particular step?
Is there any when condition/visibility set for the controls? Could you please attach few screenshots of your use-case so that we can help better?

Thank you for the response. I have attached the screenshots of the configuration. I do not have any when conditions set. Its a pretty simple view and it was working just fine. I think something is broken and I'm not able to figure it out. Please take a look at the screenshots and help me get t his resolved.

Hey Hema,
Looks like your pyCaseActionArea section is missing a few layouts. Could you please try making this section Not Available/deleting and check again?

Hi Shreshta,
I made it "NOT Available" and checked. It did not work. I'm little reluctant about deleting it. Will it be auto generated again if deleted?

Hi Hema,
From your screen shot, I can see you have done a save-as of pyCaseActionArea section into your application Ruleset "HRApps". Deleting this should not be an issue. If you delete this, the pyCaseActionArea from the UI-Kit ruleset will be picked up during case execution. But making the section Not Available should also have worked.
For now, lets keep it as Not Available. Please try searching pyCaseActionArea and open the one belonging to the UI-Kit ruleset.
If a private edit of that is performed, please discard it. Retest your use-case.
