Issue with Media Capture Component
Hi,
We have observed the below issues in Media Capture Component
1. Once the screen is captured , the screenshot is not attached to case , unless and until we refresh the case.
2.When we add a comments on screen and try capturing the screen , then the screenshot is not being attached.

@CharithA Reddy Rokkam As you mentioned, the component is available for 8.1 till 8.4 and it is supported in 8.8.x as well.
Coming to the question, issue looks specific to this case because the component doesn't have any issues OOTB when used. There could be a chance that some customization of harness or section where the component is used could be stopping the refresh to work. To debug this, we would need the component version so that the team can help.

I have implemented media capture component for client project .Am facing the same issue while capture the screenshot and attached into the case.
we are using Pega 8.5.3 .Request your inputs on the version compatibility also help us to capture the screenshot and attach to the ]case.

@CharithA Reddy Rokkam,
could you please check value for the variable "reloadSectionName" in JS text file rule "Case_cap_screen_rec_video"? If you want to add your custom work section , then please save the script in your application ruleset and replace it with section name that you want to refresh for the above variable in the script file and try again. Let me know if this helps.
