Issue with connection to IBM MQ

We are trying to connect to IBM MQ which is on-prem network using MQ Server & MQ Listner. On adding the details to MQ Server rule we are getting below mentioned error on testing connectivity. Could someone guide me on resolving this issue.

Configuration Issues

Required classes are not available. Please check the configuration.
Error Details:  
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.ibm.mq.MQEnvironment
