isAvailableSpecificDay is not behaving correctly

isAvailableSpecificDay is not behaving correctly. we are passing the Operator page to check operator availability, Operator unavailability set to future dates but this function returns false.

isAvailableSpecificDay is a function to check if operator is available on a specific day. It is called by isAvailable when goal time is not present.

Share below information:

1) Elaborate on the use case. Screenshot (showing use case configuration and operator's availability setting) will help to build similar use case at my end.

2) Pega Version used

3) Are you facing issue similar to the Support Article?
