Invalid list of applications when private edit a crmCreate flow

Hello,

After the upgrade from 8.5.3 to 8.7.3,

When I try to edit the flow crmCreate saved to our application I get the below error:

The Flow Action post-processing activity ProcessRMAction failed: Invalid list of applications [AppIntegration_20200507T080922726,App-Test, App-Dev, App, PegaCRMBaseCosmos, PegaSalesAutomationCosmos, AppFW, ExchangeOutlookIntegration_20200428T104958322] specified to include in automatic filtering by application context.[Current Application: App-Dev, Version: 01.01.01]

Can you please help me to solve this error?
