Invalid Boolean expression in Pega Robotics Studio
I am not able configure Boolean expression in Pega Robotics . I am using Proprietary information hidden (Pega Robotics Academey --Exercise system). Once I am clicking Ok in the properties menu (after having a==b and updating the data type for both the variable to String ),expression is getting changed to -"Invalid expression" ,automatically .Screen shot attached (Boolean Expression_Issue1) It seems earlier, some people faced the similar types of issue. I have seen the below suggestion in :-
But I am not able to update local variable in the automation window .Screen shot attached (Boolean_expression_issue2).
Can someone please advise on this ?

As with the other post you referenced, this is not something I have seen or can reproduce. If you are simply comparing equality of two string though, you can use a StringUtils Equals method. You can also use a Script and write a C# method to compare to values if you are unable to get the expression to do what you need.

Hey, I was able to reproduce by updating the DataType of only one of the variables to a String and leaving the other as a Double. Not sure if that is what you did or not. When you go into the Identifiers Editor (as in your first posted screenshot) be sure to click on both of the Members (a & b) and update the DataTypes.

I am able to proceed further . I just ,removed the entire Boolean expression design block and just used different name for the variable (a==c) and followed defining the variable.
I am not sure ,whether its an cache/my local instance specific intermittent issue.
