Interogation form going off

Hi, when i click start interrogation to capture the control, interrogation form goes off with in a minute. I am using win 10. Please suggest

Hello Rajeev,

Are you trying to interrogate windows application. If yes, Check the existing application is already in minimized state or in the hidden icons of windows.

if it is already there, then exit the windows application and try.
