Interaction Thread is closed when opening multiple Intent Tasks

Hi.- We are using CPMHC 7.1.3 platform for our application.

We are facing an issue where the Interaction Thread is removed from work page if there are more than 14 intent tasks are created.

we traced this and found work-doclose activity getting triggered on  addition of 15th Intent Task and deleting the Interaction Thread.

Is this behaviour because of number of documents limit(16) in Pyportalcontent ? Or any Other configuration
