Integration with Genesys Cloud CX
I would like to know if it is possible to integrate Genesys Cloud CX with Pega Call.
The current PEGA customer service application (7.4v) is integrated with Avaya, but there is a new requirement from business to integrate with Genesys Cloud.
I have been doing a research and did not find any related documentation.
Could you please confirm if this is possible? If it is, could you please share documentation? Is this possible in Pega 7.4 or higher versions?
If it is not possible, is there an alternative approach to integrate with Genesys Cloud?
Any help would be much appreciate it.
