Installing prreadstream.jar to schema when installing Pega7

When installing Pega 7.1.9 using Oracle WebLogic and completing the "Applying schema changes" section, the final step instructs you to install the UDF archive file PRPC_HOME\archives\udf\prreadstream.jar to the schema. It is not clear why or how this should be done, and I haven't been able to find any additional documentation/information. How can I install this .jar file to my schema? (I have tried using the load java functionality in sql developer with no success)
