installing cosmos react ui using docker

Followed below instructions to pull Cosmos React UI image to my docker. 

docker pull  downloads.pega.com/platformservices-docker-release-bin-pega-io/constellationui/service:8.5.0-rc

Looks like we do not have access to this repository. Anyone has tried ?
